But we understand that sometimes items may not be to your style once tried on or sizes may not fit which is why we offer a 7 day exchange or store credit voucher. Returns must reach us no later that 7 days from the date you receive your order if posted out. Orders for collection will be offered a 7 day exchange from the date the order was available for collection.
NOTE please check emails and junk emails for tracking numbers or collection dates, as you will be sent your information about your order via the email you provided when placing order.
NOTE Items must be in the same condition as received with the tags still attached, Unworn & No Sign of Makeup Or Perfume Sents. If in this case we reserve the right to decline the exchange and your item will be send back to the original address.
Customers are responsible for returning back the item to our returns address Haus Of Harlow 2 Warbreck Avenue L9 4RL postage is also liable to the customer.. We do advise that you send back recorded so you can keep a track of your item.
